How does coffee subscription work?

Setting up a subscription is easy – choose your box type (espresso, filter or mix), decide if you want decaf coffee included, select delivery frequency and pickup point, and we'll take care of the rest. Coffee will automatically arrive at your chosen location.

When will I receive my coffee package?

Orders for the month usually close on the 15th. We ship coffee boxes a few days later, typically on the 20th. If you order your first coffee box by the 15th, your first shipment will arrive in the upcoming batch.

What shipping options do you offer?

We deliver to pickup points and parcel lockers across Europe. Other shipping methods are not available at this time.

How does subscription payment work?

Payment is processed automatically on the 15th of each month via recurring card payment using the card you provided during checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email for each payment.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your shipment is delayed or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resolve it quickly. All packages are tracked.

Will I receive coffee if I don't pick up my package in time?

If you don't pick up your package in time, it will automatically be returned. We'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver across Europe via pickup points and parcel lockers.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. You can also update your delivery address or payment method. All changes can be made through your customer account.

How we select coffee and what you can expect

What types of coffee do you include in subscriptions?

We select only the highest quality specialty coffee from the most interesting roasters across Europe. Some buy coffee directly from farmers, others work with renowned importers.

How do you select coffee?

Our team regularly cups coffees from different roasters. We categorize coffees by flavor profile and combine them to give you the optimal taste experience. Coffees are selected purely based on craft, quality and taste.

Can you provide ground coffee?

No. To ensure freshness, we only deliver whole beans. Coffee comes in original airtight bags to keep it fresh until you open it at home.

What's the difference between espresso and filter box?

Espresso box contains coffees ideal for espresso machines or moka pots – with higher intensity. Filter box is tuned for V60, Chemex or Aeropress – with lighter flavors.

Can I choose specific coffees?

No – surprise is part of the subscription magic. Each month you'll taste something new that you might not have chosen yourself.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

Coffee is always freshly roasted – we source it directly from roasters just weeks before shipping your packages.

What if I don't like the coffee?

We understand that tastes are individual. Our goal is discovery. If something doesn't suit you, let us know – feedback helps us improve our selection.

What size bags do I receive?

We typically deliver 250g bags. In exceptional cases, bag weight may vary, but always in exchange for an excellent taste experience.
