Our
roasters
We work with the best roasters from all over Europe. Quality, tradition and love for coffee.
19grams
Germany, Berlin
The Berlin roastery 19grams is one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Germany. Since 2002, when it was still operating under the name Tres Cabezas, it has been building direct relationships with farmers around the world and bringing the highest quality coffee to Europe.
2:AM Coffee
Belgium, Namur
2:AM Coffee is a Belgian micro‑roastery and coffee school based in Namur, founded by two experienced baristas and roasters united by a shared passion for specialty coffee.
Andy Roasters
Belgium, Antwerp
Andy Roasters is not the name of a person, but the philosophy of an Antwerp roastery that approaches coffee as a work of art hidden in everyday life. Behind the project are friends Dave Haesen and Kjell Maes, who opened their own roastery in the Hoboken factory district in 2020. Their goal is to reveal the complex flavor potential of each bean and show the world that coffee can be much more than just a regular caffeine kick.
Backstage Roasters
Lithuania, Vilnius
Backstage Roasters is a Lithuanian specialty coffee roastery based in Vilnius that originated from an unexpected source—the world of photography. Vytenis Petrošius leads the project and continues to run the roastery as its director—and it is precisely this photographic attention to detail and visual thinking that are reflected in every aspect of the brand. The result is a place where the café and roastery blend naturally, and where every cup retains a distinct character and origin.
BOB Coffee Lab
Romania, Bucharest
BOB Coffee Lab brings a distinctive approach to coffee roasting with a passion for precise profiles and a story behind every cup to Bucharest and the Romanian coffee scene. Founded by experienced masters of the field, it is a showcase of quality, innovation and gourmet coffee. The combination of competitive experience and creative space has given rise to a place where the aroma of coffee combines with design, education and community.
Boo! Modern Coffee
Belgium, Brussels
Roastery Boo! Modern Coffee Co. was established in 2024 in Brussels-Anderlecht in the former COOP factory. From the beginning, their goal was to show what they believe "modern coffee" means: accessible brand design, inclusive communication and an emphasis on direct relationships with farmers.
Caffenation
Belgium, Antwerp
Caffenation isn't just a roastery—it's a philosophy. Since 2003, this Antwerp-based brand has been proving that specialty coffee can be accessible, authentic, and full of character all at once. Founder Rob Berghmans took a chance on something few in Belgium believed in: that light roasts and transparent bean origins could change the way people perceive and experience coffee.
Calendar Coffee
Ireland, Galway
Calendar Coffee, an Irish roastery based on the west coast, brings to the cup what most roasters overlook—seasonality. Zarah Lawless and Daniel Boobier founded Calendar Coffee in Galway in 2018 with a simple belief: coffee tastes best when treated like a fresh harvest, not like a commodity off the shelf.
Coffee Pirates
Austria, Vienna
Coffee Pirates is one of the pioneers of fine coffee in Vienna and was the first "third wave" coffee roaster to be certified organic. They combine a respect for traditional Viennese coffee culture with a modern, uncompromising approach to sustainability and bean quality.
