This particular lot comes from farmer Francisco Morales, whose family has been growing coffee for three generations. Francisco has carried on his grandfather's legacy and since 1977 has built a farm that benefits from the unique microclimate near the Mexican border - the hot air of Mexico meets the coolness of the high mountains, which stresses the coffee trees to produce ideal aromatics. The combination of long dry years and careful processing produces espresso that is stable, full-bodied and exceptionally pure. The flavour profile of Los Naranjales is defined by notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and malt, which are refreshed by a subtle touch of sweet orange.

The uniqueness of this coffee also lies in its gentle drying, which takes place half in the shade to prevent the beans from cracking and preserve their natural sweetness. It is a coffee with a smooth, elegant texture that stands out both on its own and in combination with milk, where it creates a harmonious whole with the chocolate base.
