2:AM Coffee is a Belgian micro‑roastery and coffee school based in Namur, founded by Anaïs from Montreal and Marie from Namur, two experienced baristas and roasters united by a shared passion for specialty coffee. Their journey began when they met in a café in Montreal and continued with months spent travelling through Central America, visiting producers and learning about coffee cultivation and processing firsthand. These experiences inspired them to create a project centered on transparency, knowledge and the stories behind each bean.

At 2:AM Coffee, they aim to make specialty coffee accessible to everyone – from curious beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. They use a light roasting approach to preserve authentic aromas and flavours, and they share their expertise through workshops and courses at their coffee school. Their mission is simple: to offer great coffee at any time of day and to connect coffee lovers with the people and places behind every cup.
