Roastery Boo! Modern Coffee Co. was established in 2024 in Brussels-Anderlecht in the former COOP factory. From the beginning, their goal was to show what they believe "modern coffee" means: accessible brand design, inclusive communication and an emphasis on direct relationships with farmers.
The founders are Benjamin and Benoit. Benjamin brings experience as a barista and roaster (barista in various cafes in Brussels), while Benoit brings a background in multi-destination and a passion for coffee culture (Australia, New Zealand, Canada). Together, they decided to build a roastery that offers a selection of coffees in a way that is open to new coffee lovers while remaining honest to the farmers and the source.
