From selecting the coffee to buying directly from the growers to roasting it in Lisbon, they create a unique experience for coffee lovers. With multiple locations in both Lisbon and Porto and a monthly subscription option, their freshly roasted beans can be enjoyed by customers at home.

Fábrica Coffee Roasters was created with the clear goal of sharing their love and passion for specialty coffee in Portugal.  From the beginning as a family business, they have focused on independence and active involvement in every step of production - from establishing direct partnerships with farmers (direct trade) to roasting their own in Lisbon. They express their mission by choosing a roasting profile for each bean according to its unique characteristics - light for the filter, slightly darker for the espresso to achieve exceptional results. Today, they have branches not only in Lisbon (five) but also in Porto (two), and allow international monthly subscriptions of freshly roasted coffee.
