MAMAM Coffee Roasters

MAMAM Coffee Roasters is a roastery founded in 2022 in Szczecin, Poland. It is backed by a team of experienced professionals who have worked as baristas, trainers and judges in coffee competitions. Since the beginning, they have built on three values - quality, transparency and humility. They select select coffees with clear origins and stories that they want to bring to customers not only in the cup, but also through education and open sharing of information.

The roaster has an international reach thanks to its experience in the Berlin coffee scene and combines technical precision with creativity - their packaging, for example, resembles clothing labels. The selection of green coffee and roasting profiles is handled by Michał Sowiński, logistics and service are managed by Alicja Borowa and quality supervision is handled by Adam Rosołowski. Together they are building a brand that connects farmers and customers in one open coffee dialogue.
