von & vonnie is an independent micro-brewery and café in Porto, Portugal, founded by Morgan von Mantripp and Yvonne Spresny - partners in life and business. The small home production has gradually grown into a full-fledged roastery with its own café in the creative district of Bonfim. Their philosophy is based on a direct relationship with customers, a personal approach and meticulous attention to every detail - from the selection of green beans to the final cup.

Although they are a small team, they emphasize quality, fairness and accountability. They select select coffees from around the world with clear provenance and work with importers who share their values of transparency, ecology and fair treatment of farmers. In addition to coffee, they are also dedicated to roasting - Yvonne is behind every piece of sweet pastry that combines European and Brazilian influences. von & vonnie is not just a roastery, but also a community space where passion for coffee, design and human contact meet.
