Miche Coffee is an intimate roastery with a big heart, located in the picturesque Cap Ferret in the south-west of France. The roastery was born from the "simple beginnings and big dreams" of the founders, who decided to build a space for the production of fine coffee right behind the old ship warehouse. Their goal from the beginning was to roast coffee for their neighbors and friends with the utmost respect for the people who grow the coffee and the planet. This commitment is confirmed by their actions - as members of 1% for the Planet, they donate one percent of their sales to the environment and use only 100% recycled paper boxes for packaging.
On a technical level, Miche Coffee relies on the precision of a top-of-the-range Giesen roaster, which they have also fitted with special filters to reduce particulate emissions by 90%. They work exclusively with importers who guarantee fair prices for the farmers, allowing them to offer beans that carry the story of sustainability and the specific character of the Atlantic coast. Miche Coffee thus proves that even a small roastery on the edge of Europe can have a positive impact globally and offer world-class coffee.
