Ripsnorter Coffee

The Ripsnorter Coffee roastery was established in Rotterdam as a continuation of the Zjevaun Lemar Janga coffee operation and barista track. Originally from Aruba, Zjevaun has made a name for himself in the coffee world as a champion barista and decided to create a brand that combines technical precision and an original visual style - for example, packaging with comic book elements.

Ripsnorter specializes in select coffee with clear origins, small batches and close collaboration with farmers. The founder states that his goal is to "work together with produce-centres around the world and be privileged from that". The brand has also gained a prominent position among coffee lovers thanks to Zjevaun's victory in a Dutch barista competition
