TANAT Coffee was founded in 2016 in Paris and has gradually expanded to other cities such as Lille, Nantes and Marseille. The founder of TANAT is Alexis Gagnaire - an experienced roaster and barista. His coffee career began in London, among other places, and he gradually entered barista competitions and, as a roaster, brought TANAT to a style that combines technical precision with flavour experimentation.
TANAT emphasizes transparent business chains, long-term partnerships with farmers and quality protection even in times of market turbulence. Therefore, they choose smaller batches, work with distinctive origins and do not push the price down at any cost - an approach that appeals to coffee lovers who demand authenticity, provenance and a sophisticated flavour profile.

Colombie – Las Flores
TANAT CoffeeColombia Coffee - Las Flores brings an unusual way to experience a fine decaffeinated coffee.
From the Finca Las Flores farm in the Huila (Acevedo) region of Colombia comes a section where Pink Bourbon beans grow at an altitude of around 1 750 m above sea level.Processing is controlled and experimental: the cherries are first washed in cold water, followed by 24 h of anaerobic fermentation, 12 h of oxidation and, after dehulling, a further 36 h of anaerobic fermentation, followed by thermal shock at 50 °C for 15 minutes and drying for about 36 h using a mechanical dehumidifier. Decaffeination is then carried out using a sugarcane ethyl acetate process.  In the cup, this coffee surprises with its freshness and complexity: lively citrus notes in the opening, followed by spicy hints of pink pepper and subtle ginger, the texture is silky smooth and the finish clean and persistent - all without caffeine. Ideal for the home filter, when you can fully appreciate its refined processing and interesting flavour profile that takes the term 'decaf' to the level of a choice coffee.
