This particular batch is roasted with a focus on espresso to bring out its natural sweetness and subtle freshness, accompanied by a full and creamy body. The uniqueness of this coffee lies in its careful processing - hand-picking followed by controlled fermentation and then slow drying on African beds for up to 18 days.
