Hand-picked coffee cherries from the village of Aricha in the Gedeo region are grown by around 800 small farmers. After de-stemming, the coffee is fermented for 100 hours and then dried on African beds for 15 days.
The result is a full-bodied and sweet espresso with a subtle fruitiness.
