Kinini is not just a coffee station, but a project with soul. Women are primarily responsible for its success – they make up 85% of the members of the local cooperative, which planted nearly half a million Bourbon Mayaguez 139 trees in 2012. Each batch is fully traceable thanks to individually marked drying beds, satellite systems monitor the health of the trees, and the entire process is based on a community approach. You can taste it in your cup.
CaféNuméroSept is a lively, drinkable coffee with bright acidity and fruity notes of red currant and rhubarb, complemented by a hint of dark chocolate. It is the ideal choice for filter coffee – clean, fresh, and complex, exactly what you would expect from a specialty coffee. What's more, you'll be supporting a local school and health center in Rulindo, as 10% of sales go back to the community.
