This lot comes from the Araucária farm in the Minas Gerais region, run by Gabriel Barreto. The roastery maintains a very close relationship with this producer and the Arara variety has become their most popular for its ability to offer elegant fruity notes and strong acidity, which is not the norm in Brazilian coffees. The 'honey' processing of this batch enhances the purity of flavour and adds a complex sweetness, with beans roasted to stand out both on the filter and in the espresso. The flavour profile is very expressive and surprises with its freshness, dominated by bright notes of tropical fruit, especially mango.
