With this coffee, the Belgian roaster Andy Roasters is committed to precision and social impact. The beans come from the Lalesa processing station, operated by the exporter Ephtah Specialty Coffee. Under the leadership of Wubit Bekele, this organization focuses on supporting women in the coffee industry and promoting sustainable development in communities in the Gedeo region. The coffee grows here at extreme altitudes exceeding 2,100 meters, which gives it an unmistakable density and depth of flavor. Processing is done using the traditional natural method, where whole cherries are dried on raised African beds.

During this time, the beans absorb as much sugar as possible from the pulp, which results in a rich texture and distinctive character in the cup. Expect the pronounced sweetness of ripe peaches complemented by tart notes of tamarind, underscored in the finish by a warm, deep undertone reminiscent of rum. The result is an espresso that is bold, layered, and unforgettable.
