In the foothills of the Los Naranjos valley in the Sonsonate region, the Murray Meza family grows the Pacamara variety on their Finca Majahual farm at altitudes of 1 500-1 800 m. The coffee is dried at the same altitude where it is grown.
This increases the complexity of flavour, adding a layer of sweetness, fruity acidity and a vibrant profile that stands out in the cup.
