In the foothills of the Los Naranjos valley in the Sonsonate region, the Murray Meza family grows the Red Bourbon variety at 1 500-1 800 m on the Finca Majahual farm. This washed lot is a throwback to traditional processing that enhances the purity and bright texture of the coffee.
After fermentation and washing, the beans are sun-dried by the farmers, resulting in an elegant and balanced profile with notes of red apple, caramel and plum. The espresso is clean, bright and sweet, with a timeless character that is appreciated by baristas and roasters alike.
