Hand-picked cherries from the Santa Cristina farm (grown by Rene and Ana Cristina Hernandez) go through a honey process - they are pitted and then dried on African crates in the sun at altitudes of 900-1200m. The medium body combines with mild acidity, notes of nuts, milk chocolate and carambola-star fruit to create a pleasantly sweet espresso.
Ideal for espresso in a lever espresso machine, moka pot and automatic. The coffee has been a permanent direct import of Kaffeelix since 2014.
