Dalston Coffee is a Barcelona-based specialty coffee roaster that took its name and visual identity from a London neighborhood. It opened its own café in 2017 and today supplies businesses in Spain and across Europe. Small batches, compostable house-shaped packaging, and design awards—that’s Dalston in a nutshell.
Ineffable Coffee
Spain, Seville
Ineffable Coffee is an award-winning roastery from Seville whose name means "indescribable" in Latin - exactly the feeling they try to evoke in anyone who tastes their fine coffee for the first time. As the reigning Spanish coffee roasting champions for 2024, they combine a scientific approach with a deep ethic and respect for the origins of each bean.
Nomad Coffee
Spain, Barcelona
Nomad Coffee started as a small coffee stall in London and has grown into one of the most famous specialty roasters in Spain. The founder is barista and Spanish barista competition champion Jordi Mestre, who brought his passion for coffee to Barcelona. Today, Nomad emphasizes a full trail from producer to cup, barista education and sustainable development.
