Kalve Coffee Roasters is located in Riga, Latvia and was founded by a team of experienced coffee professionals. Their values such as honesty, openness, focus on quality and sustainability  come first. At the same time, they aim to offer access to fine coffee to everyone - from ordinary consumers to true coffee enthusiasts.
Kava Family
Croatia, Split
The kava family roastery was founded in 2018 when Ivana and Marko decided to open their first coffee place on the island of Hvar after years of travelling for wedding photography. From an abandoned space, they created kava37 café and gradually expanded their project to other businesses in Split - kava2 café and their own kavaRO roastery. Their concept is based on simplicity: the name "kava" (Croatian for coffee) accompanied by the number of the house in which the café is located.
Koppi Roasters
Sweden, Helsingborg
Koppi Roasters was founded in 2007 in Helsingborg as a café with its own roastery. Behind these two decades of success are husband and wife Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand—barista champions who turned their hobby into one of the world’s most respected roasteries. Today, Koppi supplies coffee to partners on every continent.
Lucid Coffee Roasters
United Kingdom, Belfast
Lucid Coffee Roasters is a relatively young but ambitious roastery founded in 2021 by Stephen Houston. It aims to break down the barriers between consumer and producer - sharing as much transparent data as possible about green coffee purchasing, roasting profile, brewing education and the people behind it. By "lucid", the authors mean clarity, clarity and liveliness - values they want to carry over into their coffee business.
MAMAM Coffee Roasters
Poland, Szczecin
MAMAM Coffee Roasters is a roastery founded in 2022 in Szczecin, Poland. It is backed by a team of experienced professionals who have worked as baristas, trainers and judges in coffee competitions. Since the beginning, they have built on three values - quality, transparency and humility. They select select coffees with clear origins and stories that they want to bring to customers not only in the cup, but also through education and open sharing of information.
Manhattan Coffee Roasters
Netherlands, Rotterdam
Manhattan Coffee Roasters in Rotterdam combines a passion for exceptional coffee with the rich history of the port. The roastery was founded in 2017 by two veterans of the coffee scene – Esther Maasdam and Ben Morrow, who first met at the latte art championship and have collectively accumulated over thirty years of experience in the field.
Miche Coffee
France, Cap Ferret
Miche Coffee is an intimate roastery with a big heart, located in the picturesque Cap Ferret in the south-west of France. Their approach is defined by humility, a deep sense of neighbourhood community and an uncompromising focus on environmental responsibility and transparency throughout the supply chain.
Morgon Coffee Roasters
Sweden, Gothenburg
Morgon Coffee Roasters is a Swedish roastery that believes that fine coffee should be accessible and understandable to everyone, not just a small circle of experts. Their coffee is typically Nordic, bright, fresh and always seasonal, packed in iconic square packages that in colour and shape refer to the shipping containers in Gothenburg harbour.
Nomad Coffee
Spain, Barcelona
Nomad Coffee started as a small coffee stall in London and has grown into one of the most famous specialty roasters in Spain. The founder is barista and Spanish barista competition champion Jordi Mestre, who brought his passion for coffee to Barcelona. Today, Nomad emphasizes a full trail from producer to cup, barista education and sustainable development.
