Nomad Coffee started as a small coffee stall in London and has grown into one of the most famous specialty roasters in Spain. The founder is barista and Spanish barista competition champion Jordi Mestre, who brought his passion for coffee to Barcelona. Today, Nomad emphasizes a full trail from producer to cup, barista education and sustainable development.

Netherlands, Rotterdam

The Ripsnorter Coffee roastery was established in Rotterdam as a continuation of the Zjevaun Lemar Janga coffee operation and barista track. Originally from Aruba, Zjevaun has made a name for himself in the coffee world as a champion barista and decided to create a brand that combines technical precision and an original visual style - for example, packaging with comic book elements.

Netherlands, Rotterdam

Schot Coffee Roasters is a renowned roastery and coffee bar from Rotterdam, founded in 2011 by John Schot after working as a coffee trader and getting to know passionate growers around the world.

France, Paris

TANAT Coffee was founded in 2016 in Paris and has gradually expanded to other cities such as Lille, Nantes and Marseille. The founder of TANAT is Alexis Gagnaire - an experienced roaster and barista. His coffee career began in London, among other places, and he gradually entered barista competitions and, as a roaster, brought TANAT to a style that combines technical precision with flavour experimentation.

Germany, Berlin

THE BARN is a Berlin-based specialty coffee roastery and café founded in 2010 by Ralf Rüller in response to the city’s limited access to high‑quality coffee.

Portugal, Porto

von & vonnie is an independent micro-brewery and café in Porto, Portugal, founded by Morgan von Mantripp and Yvonne Spresny - partners in life and business. The small home production has gradually grown into a full-fledged roastery with its own café in the creative district of Bonfim. Their philosophy is based on a direct relationship with customers, a personal approach and meticulous attention to every detail - from the selection of green beans to the final cup.
