The kava family roastery was founded in 2018 when Ivana and Marko decided to open their first coffee place on the island of Hvar after years of travelling for wedding photography. From an abandoned space, they created kava37 café and gradually expanded their project to other businesses in Split - kava2 café and their own kavaRO roastery. Their concept is based on simplicity: the name "kava" (Croatian for coffee) accompanied by the number of the house in which the café is located.

By "lucid", the authors mean clarity, clarity and liveliness - values they want to carry over into their coffee business.

They select select coffees with clear origins and stories that they want to bring to customers not only in the cup, but also through education and open sharing of information.

Nomad Coffee started as a small coffee stall in London and has grown into one of the most famous specialty roasters in Spain. The founder is barista and Spanish barista competition champion Jordi Mestre, who brought his passion for coffee to Barcelona. Today, Nomad emphasizes a full trail from producer to cup, barista education and sustainable development.
