Miga Coffee is a specialty roastery based in Racibórz, Poland, just a short distance from the Czech border, led by certified Q Grader Wojciech Kamiński. It focuses on carefully selected beans, transparent pricing, and roasting methods that aim to have the least possible impact on the environment.

Sweden, Gothenburg

Morgon Coffee Roasters is a Swedish roastery that believes that fine coffee should be accessible and understandable to everyone, not just a small circle of experts. Their coffee is typically Nordic, bright, fresh and always seasonal, packed in iconic square packages that in colour and shape refer to the shipping containers in Gothenburg harbour.

Germany, Berlin

NANO KAFFEE is an independent Berlin-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 by Ramin Massah with a simple yet radical idea—to run a business where environmental and social goals carry the same weight as financial figures. Organic coffee, transparent supply chains, and the motto “give coffee purpose” form the DNA of the brand, which is one of the most conscientiously operated roasteries in Berlin.

Spain, Barcelona

Nomad Coffee started as a small coffee stall in London and has grown into one of the most famous specialty roasters in Spain. The founder is barista and Spanish barista competition champion Jordi Mestre, who brought his passion for coffee to Barcelona. Today, Nomad emphasizes a full trail from producer to cup, barista education and sustainable development.

Germany, Hanover

Paso Paso is a Hanover-based roastery with an unusual story: here, coffee isn’t roasted for farmers, but together with them. Founder Bram de Hoog built the entire project on the principle of “Farmer-Owned Coffee”—a model in which growers hold a direct stake in the company that roasts and sells their beans. The result is not only exceptional transparency but also coffee with a clearly traceable origin.

Belgium, Leuven

Replica Roasters is a small roastery in Leuven, Belgium, run by Jasper de Clerck and Ester Visker. They roast single-origin, seasonal coffees using a fully electric roaster powered by renewable energy—and in the cup, they aim for brightness, sweetness, and juiciness, not experimentation at any cost.

Netherlands, Rotterdam

The Ripsnorter Coffee roastery was established in Rotterdam as a continuation of the Zjevaun Lemar Janga coffee operation and barista track. Originally from Aruba, Zjevaun has made a name for himself in the coffee world as a champion barista and decided to create a brand that combines technical precision and an original visual style - for example, packaging with comic book elements.

Schot Coffee Roasters is a renowned roastery and coffee bar from Rotterdam, founded in 2011 by John Schot after working as a coffee trader and getting to know passionate growers around the world.
